THE PANAGBENGA FESTIVALEvery February we celebrate the Panagbenga Festival here in Baguio, were you can watch the FLORAL PARADE and the Street dancing competion. At night bands will entertain you to their beautiful music and all stores at session road have their displays outside their stores.
